ACIM is a spiritual text inviting us to remember a deeper peace within ourselves. It is not a religion, but a way of seeing through fear toward clarity and compassion.
ACIM is traditionally presented in three main sections. They may look intimidating at first, but each has a gentle purpose:
1 The Text
The “map” of the Course. It explores how the mind becomes trapped in fear and separation — and gently reminds us that our true Self has never left peace.
2 Workbook for Students
365 simple lessons — one per day — offering small shifts in perception. No pressure to understand everything. Your willingness is what matters.
3 Manual for Teachers
A short, practical guide about sharing peace with others through presence, not performance.
Many people feel overwhelmed when they first encounter ACIM — and that’s okay.
The Course was never meant to be mastered quickly. It was meant to be walked with gentleness, at your own pace.
If something feels too dense, skip it and return later. The Course is a companion, not an exam.

No matter which edition you choose, the pace isn’t important. What matters is your willingness to meet yourself with gentleness.
